Pork Rib Loin or Pork Ribend Roast - Our favorite crockpot cut

Pork Rib Loin or Pork Ribend Roast - Our favorite crockpot cut

from $28.00

We love this roast for sprinkling with a dry rub and placing in the crockpot for an easy dinner.

Two cooking methods:

Directly from frozen: add an inch of liquid, and tablespoon of salt. Let it come to simmer on high, then turn it down low from 6-8 hours.

Day ahead: pull from freezer, lie fat side down, sprinkle with a dry rub let it sit in the fridge for a day. Day of: place in crockpot with an inch of water or liquid of choice, turn on low, cook 6-8 hours.

Add veggies of choice one hour before eating.

Done when falling apart and tender!
