About our Pork

We raise our animals on dairy-quality pasture, rotating them through the woods, prairies and planted organic vegetables which ensures that their diet contains a wide variety of foods like apples, walnuts, turnips, squashes, grasses, peas, oats and some corn. We never use pesticides, herbicides or any harmful chemicals on our land. We aim to reduce their corn and grain intake as much as possible.

The meat, you will find, is more red in color than other pork, we pride ourselves on this color and the higher nutritional value and flavor their meat provides. The fat is truly amazing on this animal as it has a melt-in-your-mouth quality and again contains much better nutritional value than conventional pork.
